The newest addition to our Defender lineup features the same innovation and attention to detail you expect from every Vexus® boat at an affordable price. Immediately, you’ll notice an infused-fiberglass center console that includes built-in rod holders, room for large electronics, a stainless-steel steering wheel, and a large integrated baitwell. Two spacious rod lockers boast storage for up to 8’ rods, while on the expansive front deck, a storage box provides generous room for even more gear. Toward the rear of the boat, you’ll find infused-fiberglass jump seats for additional anglers, an aerated livewell with pump-out, and easy access to your fuel system and battery compartment.

Our exclusive Vector Force™ transom solidly anchors the 115 HP engine of your choice, and a .125” running surface adds even more peace of mind for extended outings. You’ll also love the feel and durability of our Tru-Trek™ polyurea flooring that is standard on every Defender 201. Throw in a Minn Kota trolling motor, custom upholstery, and a sturdy leaning post with integrated footrest, and you’ve got a rig destined to provide years of fantastic adventures on the water.

our groundbreaking high performance pad hull enjoys a running surface with less drag, increased bow lift, and superior overall handling and performance. the manufacturing processes we use create a consistent running surface not found in other brands.

Skid-resistant polyurea interior
our tru-trek™ floor surface is a tread-gripping polyurea bond that's ultra-durable and easy to clean. by replacing carpet, it allows the angler to confidently venture into salt or brackish waters.

Custom leaning post/seat with anti-fatigue mat
our custom leaning post provides convenience and comfort throughout a long day on the water, all while saving precious interior space. there’s even an anti-fatigue mat for additional comfort.

Fiberglass console with integrated baitwell and front seat
we don't simply screw our console to the floor. it's mounted to a fiberglass island, providing a toe rail that increases floor space and hides strip led lighting. inside, you'll find batteries and rigging with easy access. we even go so far as to mount the master power switch and charger plug outside the console, saving that unnecessary climb back into the boat when the day is done. at the front of the console, you'll find an integrated baitwell with additional seating on top. cupholders, rod holders, windshield, and grab rail make this console a true workstation.

stop breaking rods and tearing clothing. our stainless-steel pull-up cleats stay out of the way until they're needed.

Compression lid locks

One key to providing drier storage is to help ensure the lid completely seals. we accomplish this by using compression locks that pull the lid tight against the rubber seal.

Raised lip and oversized seal for lid openings

our raised lips and oversized seals force water away from the lid openings. evacuating the water is critical to keeping your gear dry.

Vector force™ transom

our vector force™ transom is constructed of .125” aluminum and reinforced with 60% more material than the industry standard.

Hard case™ paint

many aluminum boats receive the same paint that's applied to a cheap utility trailer. instead, we paint the entire hull showing no raw aluminum and the matching color is protected by a hard case™ clear coat. this provides a lasting finish that ensures a great look for years to come and ultimately increases resale value.

Wood-free design

Solid state wiring & lit tip switches

there's no room for cheap, snap locks and failure-prone fuses in our wiring harnesses. instead, waterproof connectors and resettable breakers are coupled with our heavy gauge wiring for the ultimate in confidence and reliability.

Rear jump seats

these fold-down jump seats reinforce the exceptional versatility and total performance nature of our center console design. providing exceptional comfort and added room for additional passengers, this custom feature adds even more room to an already spacious rear deck. underneath, you'll find additional fiberglass storage that can double as a cooler.
